- Exercises are taught via individualised video instruction to guarantee safety and correct form.
- First 45–60 minute Zoom/video call to get to know one another, talk about injury, history of sports, functional limitations, pain, and short- and long-term objectives.
- Virtual movement/performance analysis tailored to YOUR activities and sport, as well as YOUR long-term programme objectives.
- Weekly follow-up and unlimited email support (check in to discuss progress, setbacks, and ANY questions you have).
- AMORAL Follow-up via Zoom or video call to talk about the current programme, figure out what needs to be changed or progressed in order to meet short- and long-term objectives, and evaluate the results of the initial movement/performance exam to see if any progress has been made..
