We treat a wide range of medical ailments as doctorate-trained physical therapists, including symptoms associated with neurological, cardiovascular, and musculoskeletal disorders.
Please bring your prescription, if you have one, for your evaluation. We strongly advise bringing a water bottle so you may fill it up since there are filtered water stations. In the event that you forget to bring your bottle, paper cups are available!
You are free to dress as makes you feel most at ease. As an example, exercise shorts with a tank top or t-shirt. We advise bringing socks and trainers as well. Please be aware that the assessment of your feet may be conducted barefoot (but you are welcome to wear socks if you would choose).
Our 90-120 minute (about two-hour) physical therapy evaluation lasts.
Physical Medicine Follow-up meetings last 50 minutes and are arranged as needed.
The number of follow-up meetings required will differ for each case and largely rely on the findings of the evaluation.
Our 90-120 minute (about two-hour) physical therapy evaluation is divided into three main sections.
- Discovery and background interview: we delve deeply into your narrative to comprehend the suffering you are going through, your objectives, any past medical or injury history, your preferences, and, finally, everything that brought you to us in the first place.
- Movement exploration: we carry out a customised assessment using the knowledge we acquired in phase 1. This enables us to comprehend the overall functioning of your body and identify any and all areas that may be improved or relieved.
- Debrief and make a plan of action: we talk about the results and particular exercises/movements that we think will help you get better, and we work with you to design a programme that works with your schedule. We work to provide assistance even when you are not with us because we think that success depends on it. Clients are urged to stay in contact with their physical therapist outside of sessions so that their programme can advance as needed.
The total out-of-pocket expense for a session, if we are billing insurance on your behalf, will vary mostly based on the maximum amount that your plan covers for out-of-network physical therapy—amounts that insurance does not reveal up front. The Explanation of Benefits (EOB), which lists the expenses covered by your insurance plan, is what we evaluate once the insurance company files our claim and tells us the covered amount.
Once your benefits have been verified, we may give you an estimate of how much it will cost depending on your co-insurance, out-of-network deductible, and whether or not we have experience with your specific plan. The charges are subject to vary once insurance settles our claims and offers real coverage for our services, thus this is only an estimate since we cannot anticipate or promise what your insurance will do. After the deductible is paid, you will be responsible for both your co-insurance and your deductible. As soon as you meet your out-of-pocket maximum and deductible, your obligation will decrease.
For people who do not use our insurance or who file their own insurance claims, we provide a self-pay rate.
A 10% discount is available on a number of personal training package options, one of which is an Off-Peak Training Package for individuals who would like to train Monday through Friday from 1 to 4 p.m. In small group settings, we also provide less expensive options like Conditioning Club, Kettlebell Club, and Pull Up Club.
Reload has a 24-hour cancellation policy, meaning that if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, you must do so at least one full day in advance. A late fee equivalent to the entire session amount will be charged for any cancellations made within the 24-hour cancellation window.
