We recognise that many individuals who are new to physical therapy may be unsure of what to anticipate; for this reason, we provide a complimentary consultation with a physical therapist to assist you with the following:
- Answer any particular queries or issues you may have concerning your discomfort or injury.
- Clarity and a backup plan can help you decide if physical therapy is the right course of action for you.
- Gain more insight into what to anticipate during a physical therapy evaluation.
Following the submission of your response, a member of our Client Care Team will send you an email outlining the further details we require from you in order to organise a meeting.
Remember this:
- Reload Physical Therapy is an out-of-network provider for several Cigna insurance. Please indicate in the column on the right whether you have a Cigna plan and would want us to check any potential benefits. We will get in touch with you to confirm your plan information and forward any applicable coverage.
- Reload is ineffective in workers’ compensation or no-fault/MVA situations. We can provide superbills upon request for any other insurance plans that offer out-of-network physical therapy benefits. We are unable to help with any authorizations, approvals, appeals, or other particular policies your carrier might require for submissions, therefore please contact your member services directly about their superbill policies and possible reimbursement.
