ROLE OF CHIROPRACTIC CARE IN POSTURAL CORRECTION

HVLA technique also known as chiropractic adjustment is a treatment method done by a chiropractor or physiotherapist in which a controlled, sudden force is applied to the spinal joint to correct the position and alignment of spine and the musculature around it.  HVLA technique is a great method for immediate relief in patients with musculoskeletal pain and dysfunctions. Chiropractic adjustment can improve posture by facilitating spinal joint movements and by easing out the muscles and soft tissues attached to it.  In cases of restricted thoracic spine joint movements or lumbar spine movement where exercises can not give you immediate or fast recovery from the pain, chiropractic adjustment can be a great deal for those.  Here are some benefits of chiropractic adjustments;  This technique can help many because of the benefits it provides, however it Is not prescribed for all.   In some people it can be completely contra indicated as it might worsen the situation   So ruling out the red flags is mandatory before performing chiropracting adjustments.  There are some tests to identify whether it’s safe to perform chiropractic adjustments on a particular patient or not.it is your physiotherapist’s or chiropractors job to perform these tests on you to make sure you only get the benefits of the technique and if you are not suitable for these techniques then other therapy methods can be used.  There are few tests to check your joint stability  By performing these tests your physiotherapist or chiropractor will confirm and ensure your safety, always visit a practitioner who makes sure you are safe to under go such treatment.  In case of any positive test HVLA technique or chiropractic treatment is completely contra indicated.  There are some absolute contra indications in which chiropractic corrections can not be implemented.  Although there are some exceptions and for some this treatment can be contra indicated but for majority it is safe and can give wonderful results in cases of chronic pains. As it can be a risky procedure always make sure you visit a licensed practitioner with experience.  https://drnitinsharma.in/
